Our aim was not just to identify the wicked problems but to harness the collective intelligence and expertise within our community to chart potential technological solutions. It was about catalyzing action, fostering innovation, and steering progress towards a more sustainable and resilient future.

DIGITAL ACTION PLAN AND INNOVATION
The building and construction sector is undergoing major (digital) changes. Labflex is one of Europe's leading suppliers of innovative and customized laboratory solutions for the hospital, research and education sectors.

After drawing up a digital action plan, Labflex are now working on creating new digital service models and an innovative use of data, automation and algorithms in the laboratory of the future.
​
The process of the digital action plan involved interviews with selected employees, workshops with management and a process analysis collaboration with students from Aarhus University.
INNOVATION, DIGITALIZATION AND SUSTAINABILITY
Against the background of new purchasing patterns, where an increasing number of B2C customers and B2B companies shop online, which has only been accelerated by the covid-19 pandemic, we collaborate on innovative and sustainable package packaging, among other things.

Together, we work to further develop the solutions and seek new partnerships to promote a circular ecosystem for logistics and package packaging. The project's target group is decision-makers or companies who find interest in the packaging industry's innovation and the new digital initiatives that are being developed to strengthen the ecosystem's interdisciplinary collaborations and processes.
ROADS TO A GREEN INNOVATION AND DIGITALIZATION
A strategic collaboration with a focus on working with innovation and digitalisation, which both supports the company's operational processes and strategic focus areas and works to promote competition.
Together we developed and established HPT's 'board for innovation'. With this initiative, we focused on strengthening the organization's innovation power and digital competences, and how they use data, automation and investments in Business Intelligence tools to reduce costs and minimize time spent on internal workflows when handling orders and prioritizing tasks.
DIGITAL CONVERSION AND PROCESS DEVELOPMENT
Lab-Vent Controls produces control systems and alarms for ventilation systems in laboratories and operating theatres. Solutions that very few people might think about, but which have an enormous importance for safety and well-being.

Together, we defined the digital focus areas in the company and find the right course among the many technology options. We identifed innovative (data-driven) opportunities and standardized internal processes to get system in daily work tasks.
A digital transformation creates new opportunities to bring the company to a new level.
DEEP TECH FOR SUSTAINABILITY AND INNOVATION
DTU Science Park is Denmark's leading development environment for deep tech companies – among others within hardware, biotech, cleantech and medtech. The place where new standards are set and the future is created. The development environment consists of more than 4,500 researchers, entrepreneurs and business developers who all recognize the value of knowledge sharing and collaboration.
Getting deep tech to market successfully is a complex task, and deep tech is not like other technologies. Deep tech originates in strong research capabilities, disruptive solutions and advanced technologies. Deep tech is characterized by lengthy and costly development and complicated routes to a market that often does not yet exist. In a mentoring collaboration, we create the spaces where deep tech ideas are developed and shaped to become reality and business faster.
