Anja Hoffmann: Senior Tech Advisor and Project Manager within Digital Transformation and Innovation
With many years of experience in tech innovation, Anja is an experienced advisor and project manager working with strategy development, digitalization, partnerships and implementation of breakthrough technologies such as AI, IoT and automation. With over 15 years of consulting experience across various industries, Anja specializes in helping manufacturing and industrial companies navigate the complex world of digital change.
Educational background
Anja has an educational background in B2B commerce with a focus on project management, business development and commercialization of development initiatives. In addition, Anja has completed additional education in management and innovation, including at Aarhus University.
Customers and collaborators
Anja has had both shorter and longer collaborations with companies such as Novotek, Stena Recycling, HP Therkelsen, the Danish Road Directorate, Schoeller-Plast Enterprise, IBM, Force Technology and Siemens, where she has contributed to innovative projects and partnerships that support digital transformation.
Mentor and engagement in Deep Tech and innovation ecosystems
As a mentor for deep tech companies in DTU Science Park and DTU Skylab, Anja works with programs within BioTech, MedTech and dual-use technologies. In her committee work in the IT Industry Policy Board for NewTech, Anja contributes to the development of strategies involving the latest technologies.
As a judge at the Danish Foundation for Entrepreneurship at the Tech Innovation Program, and a member of the national advisory board at the Pioneer Centre for AI, Anja actively works to promote innovative solutions in the tech sector. She also serves on several advisory boards, all focused on managing development projects and new collaboration models for growth and innovation. Finally, Anja is a mentor in the NATO Diana program, which supports companies within defense tech and innovation.
